A customized on-site assessment for your business or church to audit facility readiness, establish evacuation routes, and tailor emergency response plans to your workforce.
Emergency readiness | Evacuation, severe weather, fire, medical response, emergency communication, and staff roles. |
Medical preparedness | First aid supplies, AED placement and readiness, training needs, and response procedures. |
Facility and security | Entrance and visitor procedures, general safety concerns, situational awareness, and practical improvements. |

A $100 doillar deposit ir required at time of booking and will be applied to final balance.
Remaining balance is due on day of training.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations 14 days of scheduled class. With reasonable notice, the deposit may be applied to one rescheduled date.
If you book First Aid/CPR/AED or BLS and AVIRT on the same day, you wiill receive a $50 discount.

26-50 miles $25 added to class total
51-75 miles $50 added to class total

Travel is based on one-way distance from Burlington, Wisconsin. Specialty requirements, certification requirements, and materials will be quoted before booking.
