Our Story: Built on Real-World Experience

Live Safe was founded by Steven and Janice McClain, a team with decades of front-line medical, law enforcement, and industrial leadership experience.

Steven served as a combat medic during Desert Storm with the 2nd Armored Division and later protected communities as a Sheriff’s Deputy. Transitioning to the private sector, he earned a Masters in Management and climbed the ranks in manufacturing to become a Plant Manager.

Janice has dedicated her entire career to the medical field, bringing invaluable, high-pressure experience from both emergency rooms and clinical environments.

While managing manufacturing plants, Steven noticed a critical gap in workplace safety: it was incredibly difficult to find reliable, high-quality safety trainers willing to come directly to the facility. Businesses faced scheduling headaches and production disruptions just trying to keep their teams compliant and safe.

Recognizing this unmet demand—and knowing firsthand how vital rapid emergency response is—Steven and Janice realized they possessed the perfect combination of skills to solve the problem.

By combining Steven’s military, law enforcement, and corporate management background with Janice’s deep emergency medical expertise, they launched Live Safe LLC to deliver elite, mobile, and highly accessible safety training directly to your door.
